My coaching philosophy focuses on developing confident, mentally resilient players while creating a positive team culture built on trust, accountability, and collective belief. Throughout my journey with teams across Nepal, West Indies, Afghanistan, UAE, Canada, and franchise cricket – Kathmandu Gorkhas, Atlanta Fire, Rajasthan Royals, I have worked extensively on skill development, match preparation, game awareness, leadership building, and handling pressure situations. I believe in maintaining high training standards, clear communication, and helping players improve both technically and mentally so they can perform consistently at the highest level.
